These Terms of Service govern your use of the opusnunc.com website and the workspace services provided by Opus Nunc LLC, a Maryland limited liability company located at 8850 Stanford Blvd, Columbia, MD 21045. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer private offices, coworking access, meeting rooms, flex offices, flex beauty suites, and virtual office services. Availability, pricing, and included amenities are described at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.

Bookings and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed through Stripe.
• Virtual office service requires a one-time $49 security deposit and a recurring $49 monthly fee, billed on the 1st of each month until cancelled.
• Hourly and daily rentals are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
• Applicable taxes and fees may be added at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds

Hourly and daily bookings may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund; later cancellations are non-refundable. Monthly services may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the paid period. Security deposits are refundable, less any damages or unpaid balances, after the account is closed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the space and the website lawfully, to respect other members and staff, to follow posted building and access rules, and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Maryland law, Opus Nunc LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not responsible for personal property left in the space.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Howard County, Maryland.
